Suparunpei

One Hundred Eight Hands (壱百零八手) Representing 6x6x3, combining the elements represented in the meanings of Sanseru and Sepai. 108 also has special significance in Buddhist beliefs. The longest of all the Goju-ryu kata, Suparunpei is said to contain all the techniques from all the Goju-ryu kata.  Quick blocking and simultaneous striking are found in this kata.  Pichurin was the original name of this kata.
